What is the SPQ20? The Sports Personality Questionnaire 20 (SPQ20) is a tool designed to help athletes better understand their mental competencies in sports, as well as identify their areas of strength and growth. It also offers actionable advice for improving these competencies.
The Process: The athlete will receive the SPQ20 from Josh Olayiwola, which takes 15 to 20 minutes to complete and takes 48 hours to show results. A follow-up meeting will be held to go over the results and recommendations.
